I believe living a healthy lifestyle begins with maintaining flexibility in your daily life. I started on my fitness journey over 10 years ago as an overweight 13 year old that wanted more from life! Fast forward those 10 years and I've built a better relationship with food, worked on my weaknesses in the gym and been fortunate enough to travel the world living my dream as a professional wrestler. My aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that you can progress on, determine your caloric intake needed and guide you on a path to a sustainable and healthy life.
HOW IT WORKS
Working with me you will receive a custom training program, and a personalised set of macro targets to aim for, both targeted towards your goals.
You will work closely with me during the program duration, with adjustments being made weekly. You will have the ability to message me daily with any questions you have through my coaching app provided.
You will have access to video demonstrations, from myself. Based on the program provided for you. Explaining how to execute each exercise correctly.
As well as full video breakdowns explaining how to navigate through the app. Detailed nutritional/training videos for you to understand exactly what is needed from you, to execute the programs correctly and things you need to be aware of to achieve the most progression.

TRACK DAILY
On a daily basis you will utilise the app MyFitnessPal to track your food, aiming for the macro targets I set for you. Also weighing yourself daily on a digital bodyweight scale. You can record all of this data in the app for me to see. As well as the ability to track multiple other metrics such as progress pictures, measurements and performance stats in the gym.
TRAIN LIKE AN ATHLETE
I've spent almost 8 years as a professional wrestler. In such a physically demanding sport, you need a bit of everything. Strength, Power, Speed and Stamina! I've trained this way for the majority of my career and I'm confident that with the right technique and effort applied, you can turn into an all around machine.
