I’ve been working with Toby for almost 2 years now and I can honestly say it has changed my entire game. Before I started my relationship with food wasn’t great. I was swinging in the dark with my nutrition for quite some time simply hoping I was doing the right thing.
Straight off the bat Toby put me at ease and educated me on how simple it can actually be. His wealth in knowledge and attention to detail is priceless. At the beginning of this year I wasn’t in a great place physically or mentally and soon after I tore my MCL wrestling. I made it my mission to pick myself back up and get myself in the best shape of my life whilst recovering from injury. Without Toby’s help and guidance in that time it wouldn’t have been possible. In 12 weeks he helped me transform my entire body! When I looked at the before and after pictures at the end of the program it blew me away! The proof is there. If you get your head down and do the work the results are yours.

"I started working with Toby around September/October of 2020. As a wrestler, I was able to do athletic things but every time I looked in the mirror I thought ‘that’s not what a wrestler looks like’ and I really wanted that to change.
Toby being a wrestler himself knew exactly what I was on about and when I explained my goals about putting on some size and then trimming to be lean in time for shows to return, he knew exactly what to do and how to help. He made easy to follow workout plans which I still use now, and even more helpfully he showed me how to track my food and how to tweak it depending on if I want to lose weight or gain muscle, which again I still do now.
Since coming back, a lot of people have said that I’ve gotten into really good shape and I owe that all down Toby’s guidance. I’d recommend him to anyone as he’s understanding, patient and doesn’t let you leave without fully understanding the process and feeling good about yourself.

"Toby’s personal training program has helped me get on the right path (And learn a lot!!) to my goal of dropping excess weight and building a nicer looking body. Before I started with Toby, I was cutting out foods trying to shift the weight with virtually no exercise (Even though I lost a bit it was not what I wanted and found myself constantly cheating at weekends).
Toby guided me with my nutrition and also gave me my exercise routines, I had never liked the thought of going into a gym as its quite intimidating when you have no idea what to do etc. Toby made me feel at ease and helped me learn the different machines, what they can do and how to use them.

The results I have seen within as short as a few months is a good reduction in body fat percentage, also muscle mass increase .. And the main thing Im actually starting to like the way my body looks as I now have more muscle definition. Even though I still have a long road ahead to get a lower bodyfat percentage and larger muscles, I simply can’t thank Toby enough as I would not have been able to do this without the expertise and knowledge from him. I have tried slimming world, insanity etc but none have been as successful as the results I have found with Toby’s help.

I have to say when I decided to get a PT I was a bit sceptical having tried to lose that stubborn weight around the middle for a while, also I wasn't sure how online training would work. I shouldn't have been worried as Toby is ultra professional ,very organised and a really nice guy.Â
He answered my questions quickly with great knowledge and was always happy to give much needed support.
